I stayed for a weekend getaway and couldn’t have been happier with my experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed. My room was immaculate and comfortable, with a stunning view to wake up to each morning. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring the best selection of delicious items. The entertainment in the evenings kept the atmosphere lively, and the spa offered a great way to unwind after a busy day. the aesthetic ambiance of the lounge areas added a nice touch of sophistication.
Totally recommend this hotel.

Fairly nice stay, as always. Trendy boutique hotel in an extra comfy area of Blackpool. Excellant service within 10 km of the airport. Comfortable bed in family queen room with a laptop-size safe, central heating, iron and ironing board.

Fabulous and exceptionally comfortable venue, fantastic location not far from the Promenade, Beach and Town Centre, and Blackpool tower. Updated and neat units with bathroom.

I had a pretty nice stay here! The location is fantastic, right by the beach, and it was super convenient for my business meetings. The room was clean, and I really loved the balcony overlooking the sea-perfect for chilling after a busy day. Plus, the breakfast had a good selection, and the staff were generally friendly.
I did run into a few downsides. The walls were pretty thin, so I could hear my neighbors a bit too well, and the parking situation was a bit tricky—there wasn’t enough space when I arrived.

The room, although quite a trek from reception with numerous steps, showcased a lovely view that made the journey worthwhile. The peaceful ambiance was perfect for relaxation, but design aspects seemed better suited for older guests rather than younger couples or families.
My experience was marred by poor food quality and rude staff interactions. After being isolated in a corner and feeling dismissed due to my mobility issues, I was unsettled by the staff’s approach when they asked for money for unfinished food.

The hotel is located on a very pleasant seafront whilst at the same time being very close to the small Town Centre of St Annes. Many rooms have sea views. It is really a holiday hotel but was also fine to stay at as a solo business traveller although presumably will be busy in the main summer season. The room was modernised with all usual facilities and nice bathroom. Breakfast was fine , I did not have dinner there. In other reports there are comments about high bar prices , in fact although higher than in local pubs they are similar to most other 3* hotels, which also charge high prices for wine and spirits.
The single room was very small, made worse by having too much furniture /large tv for such a small space. The restaurant was in the basement and therefore a bit gloomy. The beer choice at the bar was poor and despite there only being a handful of people in it there were two TVs and disco music blaring out continuously. Not very relaxing ! The hotel had been modernised in a kind of mix of contemporary with a slight 30's touch . Like the 'Hotel Inspector' had advised them . Somehow it did not quite feel right.

The staff were very attentive. The complimentary evening meal in the restaurant was a bonus and the quality and variety of food was excellent. The breakfast was also excellent. The public areas and bedroom were well decored. The pool, gym and spa were good.
Whilst beer prices were similar to London prices, the cost of wine for basic NV was extortionate - which was a real let down. Other reviewers had commented on the back areas (stair wells etc) and I agree these are dated and required modernising.

In regard to your previous question I can state categorically that if I perceived that your hotel was "Gay-Friendly" then this would discourage me from returning. Sorry if this is not in keeping with political correctness but I am uncomfortable with it. Otherwise, I like the whole place.

Comfy bed and hot water, but the room needed better upkeep.

The food was good as was the service in the restaurant.
The hotel was full with a large group and dancing 'till late. The guests were considerate on returning to their rooms but the creaky floors on corridors and in rooms around and above our room made for a very poor nights sleep. That spoilt our weekend break !

friendly staff but unclear room cleanliness
The staff were very attentive, especially Millie who was great with our dogs. The breakfast service was excellent and included a variety of fresh options that we enjoyed each morning.
There were areas in the room that needed more attention regarding cleanliness.
